An event took place in autumn of 2008, which remained unnoticed by millions of Russians. The country was motionless in anticipation of the financial crisis so much spoken about by the Bolsheviks. However, the autumn was wonderful, in spite of financial clouds, it was sunny and warm. The nicer the weather was, the harder it was to stay in Moscow. I wanted out! But not just barbequing for five hours. I NEEDED WIDE OPEN SPACES!!!! During that autumn of 2008, the entire Russia was a wide and open space. Well, almost all. From Moscow to Kamchatka and back, this was the route of our motor rally. I can go on and on describing it all. The entire route, feelings and cities. But there is a good video and photos in the travel section. We traveled all through Russia. We bathed in Baykal. We visited Krasnoyarsk Pillars. We climbed the Kamchatka volcanoes and flew to the Geyser Valley. Russia is a large, beautiful and not very well furnished World. We can do this World better.
